Mega BM Hardware Trading values customer satisfaction and aims to provide a pleasant shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

• We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made, special order, or clearance items are not eligible for refund or return.

• Electrical items, tools, and machinery that have been used, installed, or modified are non-returnable.

• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation are not covered.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 working days, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
