1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to all states within Malaysia (West Malaysia and East Malaysia).
For international orders, please contact us directly before making a purchase.
2. Delivery Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Duration
Estimated delivery times after order processing:
West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight and destination of your order.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free delivery may be offered for selected promotions or order amounts (if applicable).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel’s delivery status on the courier’s website.
6. Delivery Delays or Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping information, or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters or public holidays).
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us for assistance.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
We will investigate the issue and arrange for replacement or refund if applicable.
8. Self-Collection (If Applicable)
Customers may choose to self-collect their orders at our shop or warehouse (subject to availability).
